When Piles Come Haunting You Back

What do you do? Don’t hide under the covers or in your bathroom, instead, come out in the open and fight these hemorrhoids now! A lot of people are asking why these piles keep on coming back. The answer is plain and simple. There’s no need to search here, there, and everywhere. The answer lies in what you do each and everyday. It may sound silly, but it’s true. You may think staying too long in the bathroom is helping you get rid of the piles, but it’s not. So, read on and let nature do its thing.

The Key to Prevent Hemorrhoids from Coming Back

Some people would like to go through the knife to totally get rid of the piles. However, when days, weeks and months come, the creepy piles appear again. Meanwhile, there are those who still trust the power of treating it naturally. The ONLY key to prevent it from coming back is to CHANGE or do something with the factors that cause hemorrhoids. Start ditching the old habit and create a new one. In other words, get down to the root cause of it and you will be able to successfully get rid of it.

Factors that Cause Hemorrhoids

Think about creating a habit as your weapon to fight the living undead. Are you ready for the battle?

* Bad Toilet Habits
In our recent post, we discussed about staying too long in the bathroom. You may have not noticed it, but your bottom will no longer have enough support. This simply means, the moment you sit too long on the toilet seat your rectal muscles become strained. Take a trip to the bathroom only when you feel the urge of removing your waste. Again, let’s just let nature do its thing.

* Prolonged Sitting
No, there’s no one to blame in here. Moreover, you can’t blame your desk job. All you need is to find a solution by creating something or a habit that will fight the recurring hemorrhoids. Perhaps, you may want to stand for a minute or two every hour. Just as you were sitting too long on your toilet seat, let’s avoid straining the rectal muscles.

* Diet
Have you been careful with the food you eat? Consider on adding more fiber on your meals. Fibers act as vacuum sucking all the waste and releasing it away from your body. Other than it prevents you from seeing your piles, it also speeds up your metabolism.

* Water
No, hemorrhoids are not like the Gremlins that when you pour water, it multiplies. Rather, if you drink more water, it goes away. Your intestines require enough liquid or water to function well. Thereby, every time you remove your bowel, everything would come easy.
